our St Louis community through a series of classes listed below. Registration information to be posted soon.
1412. The Spiritual Dimensions of Jewish Prayer with Rabbi Neal Rose
Unit 1: Thursdays 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m. 6 sessions begin October 30, 2014, $30
Unit 2: Thursdays 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m. 6 sessions Dates to be determined
Unit 3: Thursdays 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m. 6 sessions Dates to be determined
We will investigate various philosophies and theories on the nature of prayer and meditation. Our primary sources will be classical and modern Jewish thinkers. We will also reference the way in which other traditions understand prayer and its place in the life of people.
1414. Encountering Mystery I: A Course in the Use of Imagery with Carol Rose
Tuesdays 10:00 am - 11:30 a.m. 5 sessions, beginning November 11, 2014, $90
Carol’s course is based upon the teachings of Jerusalem psychologist and wise woman, Madame Colette Aboulker-Muscat. Carol will help participants to cultivate moments of openness, becoming more aware of the presence of holiness in our lives. Participants will explore Imagery Work, a method that combines the use of modern psychological insights and ancient mystical teachings to develop a practice suited to contemporary needs. No previous experience with Imagery Work is necessary. Everyone is welcome.

Wednesdays 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. 5 sessions, beginning November 5, 2014, $90
An Imagery course for those who have experienced Imagery Work with Carol in previous classes. See Encountering Mystery I for description.
